Refund policy

Everything we sell is printed to order, just for you. That's why we can't take returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Check the size chart before you order.

Quality guarantee

If something shows up misprinted, defective, damaged, or it's the wrong item, we'll replace it or refund it. Just tell us within 30 days of delivery.

How to report a problem

Email hello@almostrolledit.com or use our contact page. Include:

• your order number
• clear photos of the problem, taken on a flat, well-lit surface with the tag visible

Cancellations and changes

Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel or change anything that hasn't gone to print yet. Once it's printed, it's yours.

Build Your Own orders

Full refund if you cancel before we start your artwork. After that, Build Your Own orders are non-refundable, except for quality issues.

Wrong address

If a package is returned because the shipping address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within 5-10 business days.
